While at the LCRA, he worked on numerous programs, including the modernization of the dams on the highland lake, expansion of the HydroMet gauge network, and implementation of a dam inspection program.
Mr. Rooke then expanded his experience in the private sector, managing high profile projects across Texas, the US and abroad for a global consulting firm. Since joining CAS, Mr. Rooke has focused on municipal and local agencies, helping to solve water resource issues, with his understanding of local needs and constraints.
