Ms.Ngin serves as CAS Consulting’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and brings over 26 years’ experience in financial, accounting, operational, audit, portfolio management, and regulatory management to the company. Lee is responsible for CAS’ overall financial and strategic management, including providing direction for the company’s financial resources, long-range business planning, project management, and certifications.
Prior to joining our firm, Lee served as a Senior Financial Analyst for the Texas Guaranteed Student Loan Corporation (TG) in the non-profit’s Collections Division. During her 21 years with TG, she held other roles including as a Financial Analyst for Collections, and Senior Auditor/Team Leader for the Program Review Division.
Ngin holds an MBA from St. Edward’s University and a BA in Accounting from Southwestern University.
